Lodging

There are a number of lodging options available in the Frying Pan Valley area, we suggest staying up the Valley because Norrie (the ceremony site) & The Diamond J (the reception site) are about an hour from anything resembling civilization (Basalt), and an hour and a half to Glenwood Springs or Aspen. Over the course of the next few months we will be using this page to provide as much information on all of them as we can.

Choices range from private rooms, and family style cabins, at the reception site, The Diamond J, to near by RV (or tent if you are brave) campsites. Prices range just a widely – from $250 per night for the Diamond largest cabin, to $15 per night for RV or tent sties at White River National Forest, Chapman Dam Campground.

One of the strongest advantages to staying at the Diamond J (besides the fact that your bed is within stumbling distance of the reception site) is that cabins are an incredibly economical lodging option when shared by a group. This offers a great chance to get together with family, and friends, to make a real vacation out of your time in the Frying Pan Valley. If you are not sure who will be coming, or would like help in making contact with other guests interested in sharing a cabin, please contact us at billandandreagethitched@gmail.com. We would be more than happy to help folks get in touch with one another.

Between the many available options we hope that you can find something, alone or as part of a larger group, that will allow you to enjoy the evening with us, and remain safe when it is over.
